HELP Program of the Council of Europe

The project was running from August 2018 to May 2019, and aimed at the creation of interactive, online training modules in order to develop the skills of investigators, prosecutors and judges related to criminal proceedings in hate crime cases. The training leads the participants through different stages of the criminal procedure in three hypothetic cases. The international working group was composed of one French, Romanian, Hungarian and Armenian and two Georgian members. Eszter Kirs was working on the training for investigators in collaboration with her Armenian colleague. The training modules will be launched in Georgia in September 2019.
